A material-first architecture practice
We design from site, climate, material and human experience—bringing concept, technical resolution and execution into one clear process.
Our approach
Architecture rooted in place
We believe memorable architecture grows from a close reading of its site, climate, craft and the people it serves.
Our work pairs contemporary planning with tactile, enduring materials—exposed wire-cut brick, lime, stone, steel and ceramic roofs. The result is architecture that is naturally comfortable, technically resolved and quietly distinctive.
Design and execution are developed together, so the central idea survives every drawing, junction and site decision.
Context • Craft • Climate • Character
Designed for the Indian climate
Shade, ventilation, thermal mass and local craft guide the expression of our buildings. Beauty arrives through performance, proportion and careful construction—not decoration alone.
Art, technology & construction intelligence
Artistic exploration establishes the idea. Contemporary design software, BIM workflows, digital coordination and visualisation help us develop, communicate and resolve it. Technology supports the architecture, from the first proportion to the final junction.
“We design your space. We build your luxury.”
Design leadership
Artistic vision. Technical clarity.
Principal Architect & Design Head
Ar. Abdul Haque Amaan specialises in exposed brickwork design and sustainable architecture. A professional artist with a passion for architectural sketching, he brings an artistic sensitivity to form, material, light and proportion.
Hand sketching and artistic exploration work alongside contemporary design and visualisation technologies. Art, material honesty and climatic responsiveness guide each project.
